Weld seam debeader CM 1S

Product overview
The CM 1S automatic cleaning machine performs cleaning of PVC corner weld seams using a cutter unit combined with top and bottom knives. Cutter units feature quick-change devices to simplify size changeovers, and the knives fit the profile surface via a self-levelling system. An internal PLC coordinates clamping of the welded frame and starts the cleaning cycle. CM 1S is fitted with two support arms to assist and control frame rotation. When configured with the required tools, the machine can process standard, acrylic and coated profiles.
