The SRHKRLFIRE 2‑wire outdoor strobe is a DC‑operated visual alarm device with a red lens, engineered to deliver a very bright red visual alarm that exceeds the performance of AS ISO 7240.23 listed devices.
The unit is UL listed for wall and ceiling mounting in wet environments and provides eleven user‑configurable brightness settings. Rear‑mounted switches enable on‑site brightness selection.
The device includes a plug‑in mounting plate allowing wiring installation and continuity testing before fitting the strobe. A shorting spring in the mounting base ensures electrical continuity when the device is not plugged in; a captive mounting screw secures the unit to the plate.
The strobe is supplied with a weatherproof plastic back box for line‑in/line‑out wiring. The back box features removable side flanges, 3/4" threaded conduit entries top and bottom, and 19 mm rear knock‑outs.

Brightness note
The SRHKRLFIRE is fitted with a red lens that reduces flash brightness by approximately 85% relative to the candela markings on the device. For example, the setting marked "185" corresponds to about 27 candela with the red lens.
