Product overview
The GreenBarrier Suit (BSL-4) is a reusable, gas-tight full-body protective suit engineered for work in highest-containment biological environments (BSL-4). It is intended for use in high-containment laboratories, specialized research facilities and clinical biohazard response teams. The suit integrates a HEPA filtration module and is designed for compatibility with standard laboratory air supply systems.

Safety and pressure technology
The suit operates in positive-pressure mode to prevent ingress of contaminated ambient air. Continuous external compressed-air supply is distributed via an integrated multi-point air distribution system. Three exhaust valves in the hood area provide controlled air release and help maintain a stable protective air cushion around the wearer.

Visibility and ergonomics
A large anti-fog panoramic visor offers extensive all-round visibility to support precise tasks and situational awareness. The gas-tight front-entry zipper is fully integrated into the suit’s sealing concept to allow controlled donning and doffing while maintaining integrity of the protective envelope.

Modular design and serviceability
The modular construction supports multiple glove and boot interface systems and facilitates replacement of critical components (valves, filters, connection interfaces). Key parts are accessible for inspection and maintenance. An integrated radio pocket and attachment points support communication and accessory integration.
