OverviewThe e-breathe Splash 2 Inside is a one-piece positive-pressure protective suit designed to provide protection against solid and liquid chemical hazards. The suit is used with an approved external air source or a compatible powered air respirator system.
Integrated Powered Air RespiratorThe powered air respirator is positioned inside the suit while filters remain outside, preventing contamination of the blower. The unit supplies an adjustable airflow of 160–200 l/min through the breathing hose into the hood air channel. Exhaled air is vented through four exhaust valves.
Protection for Demanding EnvironmentsThe suit is made from coated fabric with high chemical resistance and mechanical durability. The material includes permanent antistatic properties and is suitable for industrial, emergency response and chemical handling applications.
Safety and FlexibilityEquipped with a wide-view clear polycarbonate visor, safety boots and gloves. Boots and gloves are replaceable and attached via a clamp system. An optional glove adapter is available to extend compatibility with different glove types.
Emergency Function with Emergency HoseIn case of blower failure or if rapid exit is not possible (not applicable for compressed-air operation), the emergency hose with a mouthpiece allows the wearer to manually inhale filtered air through the breathing hose and connected blower using their own lung power.
Comfort and ErgonomicsThe one-piece Y-cut construction provides freedom of movement and allows the wearer to reach inside the suit. An air-permeable neck seal with drawstring directs airflow to the hood and permits excess air to enter the body section for indirect cooling and improved circulation.
Optional Add-ons and CustomizationOn request the suit can be custom-marked on arm, back or chest in black lettering. A trainer version for exercises is available in PVC-coated polyester (non-chemical-resistant) for training use only and currently offered in black.
