Description

Overview
The LUXEON C ES Color Line is engineered for large LED arrays used under a single optic. Its larger die in a compact package reduces total array area while enabling optimized LED placement and high light output. The three-stripe pad supports complex electronic routing and enhanced thermal connections. Typical applications include entertainment, architectural and exterior variable lighting (EVL) where high output from clustered arrays is required.

Features & Benefits
  • Optimized for multi-color array mixing with minimal LED-to-LED spacing for close-packed placement
  • Three-stripe footprint enables flexible routing and shortened electrodes to keep LEDs maximally close-packed
  • Large die in a small package delivering high flux, low forward voltage (Vf), and reduced Pthermal
  • High drive current capability to maximize output and minimize LED count
  • Large thermal pad to support high drive currents and tight LED clusters
  • Proven, robust package for reliable operation
