Overview
Turnkey transfer island with horizontal axis designed for high productivity and low operating costs. Example configuration: transfer equipped with ten stations and fifteen work units, arranged on three sides (right, left and radial), intended for fittings and small parts up to Gas 1/2 inch, with minimum cycle times of 1.5 s. The table is pressurized and driven by a Torque Motor (Direct-Drive) with position control by encoder. Modular construction standardizes components to increase long-term reliability. The system supports single-operator control of the transfer machine, robot and vision system and includes teleservice and software cycles for sampling, filling and NOK management.

Typical configuration and performance
The transfer can be equipped with ten stations and fifteen work units arranged on three sides for handling fittings and small parts. The torque-motor driven table (direct-drive) with encoder position control enables very short cycle times and fast rotation (0.25 s). Modular design consolidates experience and improves long-term reliability of core components. Feeding and unloading are assisted by a vision system and belt; scrap recovery belt and pick-and-place unloading are available as automation options.

Software and automation
Complete software for cycle management including sampling cycles, NOK cycle management and filling cycle management. Single-operator HMI for integrated control of machine, automation and vision system. Remote teleservice is provided for the entire solution.
