Description

MODEL : Available in a capacity ranging from 500 up to 6 000 l, the CPA Blending tanks are dedicated to the dairy and food process , batch or continuous, which require the incorporation of powder raw materials (milk or milk-derivatives powders, ingredients, egg powder, chocolate, salt, sugar, oat, etc.) into liquids. APPLICATIONS : The CPA tanks are fitted with the Pierre Guerin innovative agitator HTA (Heli-Turbo-Agitator), which combines a saw turbine SC for the dispersion of the powders with the patented three blade impellers HTPG4 providing a pumping effect. The HTA functions even at the minimum working volume while keeping to maximum efficiency of products with high final dry material content. On request these vessels can be insulated and / or jacketed and designed for vacuum powder introduction to avoid foam generation. The frame design also allows for the installation of load cells. DESCRIPTION : Stainless steel cylindrical vessel fitted with high speed mixer. Insulation and jacket on request. APPLICATIONS : Incorporation (Dispersion and dissolution) of ingredients into a liquid phase: milk reconstitution, preparation of pre-mix, dessert mix, sugar syrups, etc.
