LEGS Linear LL06
This motor is the smallest motor from PiezoMotor. It has a stall force of 6.5N and a low weight of only 16grams. It has direct drive with no backlash and can microstep in the sub-nano millimeter range. It is available with built-in encoder in two versions, 1.25µm or 80nm resolution. It’s also available without encoder and/or guiding for open loop applications or for applications with external encoders. Full force power-off locking is a safety function inherent to the design. Not designed for vacuum and non-magnetic environments.
