The MFD is a mobile welding fume extractor with a disposable filter and integrated fan. Designed for infrequent to regular dry welding activities. It extracts dry welding fumes and grinding dust near the source. This mobile unit contains a mechanical DuraFilter system and can be equipped with either a plastic extraction arm, type Flex and UltraFlex or flexible hose, type SUS. Mobile units are ideal for welding activities on the spot. The system is equipped as standard with a filter indicator, that shows whether the extraction is still satisfactory or whether the filter needs to be replaced. Recommended for 1 coil of solid welding wire or 7,5 kg (16.5 lbs) of welding electrodes per week.
