Automatic industrial labeling machine for applying the label from above onto flat, round or oval containers. Versatile machine that can handle different sizes of containers and labels. The M3005A PLUS labeller has a open base and is made up of: • conveyor belt; • 1 ClassicNew series labeling heads; • photocells for managing labels and containers; • touch screen control panel. It is possible to pre-set different ”recipes”, in order to have all the parameters from quickly recalled for each format change. The machine can be installed in existing line, in line with PMR filling and capping solutions, or stand-alone and equipped with container loading and unloading plate. • Ideal solution for : boxes - pouches - bags - pasta - flours - tubs - cheese - jam - honey - sauces - salt - sugar - candy - coffee - chocolate - yogurt - jars - spices - perfumes - pet food - cream - shampoo - deodorant - supplements. • Accessories : hot, dry and inkjet marking system for overprinting of barcodes or alphanumeric data; - container loading and unloading plate (Ø 800 or 1,000 mm).
