Automatic industrial labelling machine for applying wraparound body labels on truncated-conical products and top label on cap. Versatile machine that can handle different sizes of containers and labels. The PMR M3010CC labeller is composed of: • conveyor belt; • vacuum tape; • 1 labeling head of the ClassicNew series for wraparound application; • 1 SL/PN labeling head for application on lids from above; • 3-roll centering system; • photocells for managing labels and containers; • touch screen control panel. The machine can be installed in existing line, in line with PMR filling and capping solutions, or stand-alone and equipped with container loading and unloading plate. • Accessories : hot, dry and inkjet marking system for overprinting of barcodes or alphanumeric data; - spacer wheel or spacer auger, to automate the cadence of the containers; - container loading and unloading plate (Ø 800 or 1,000 mm). • Ideal solution for : jam - honey - sauces - sauces - ketchup - mayonnaise - salt - sugar - candies - coffee - chocolate - yoghurt - jars - spices - animal food - cream - +detergents - supplements - paint - solvent - fertilizers.
