Automatic industrial labeling machine for the simultaneous application of 2 labels, above and below, on containers flat, round or oval. Versatile machine that can handle different sizes of containers and labels. The M3010TB labeller is made up of: • conveyor belt; • 2 labeling heads of the ClassicNew series; • photocells for managing labels and containers; • touch screen control panel. It is possible to pre-set different ”recipes”, in order to have all the parameters from quickly recalled for each format change. Ideal solution for the simultaneous application of a marketing label on one side and a technical label on the other. The machine can be installed in existing line, in line with PMR filling and capping solutions, or stand-alone and equipped with container loading and unloading plate. • Ideal solution for : boxes - envelopes - bags - pasta - flour - tubs - cheese - jam - honey - sauces - gravies - salt - sugar - candies - coffee - chocolate - yogurt - jars - spices - perfumes - pet food - cream - shampoo - deodorant - supplements . • Accessories : - upper counter-roller; - hot, dry and inkjet marking system for overprinting of barcodes or alphanumeric data; - container loading and unloading plate (Ø 800 or 1,000 mm).
