This type of belt transmission can grant an excellent compromise among dimensions, transmissible power and maximum speed. The trapezoidal section supplies strong friction with the grooves of the pulley, which has too a trapezoidal groove, and allows transmission of great power. They are manufactured with top-quality materials, with new high tensile strength fibers. Belts are available in the following versions: NORMAL, NORMAL DS, NORMALFOR, NORMALUSA, NORMALMEC, LINEA X. Pulleys are available in the following versions: for System-P bush, for Poggilock bush, monobloc in cast iron, monobloc in light alloy, step-type. This type of belt transmission is characterized internally by a multiple number of V-shaped longitudinal grooves and ribs. The matching of these belts with pulleys of same profile grants an excellent grip and very low noise and the possibility to follow curves of several radii with one only belt on a number of pulleys. It is as well suitable to applications for heavy workloads, it is a flexible belt that can reach high peripheral speeds.
