Mezzanine on columns
This configuration is ideal when structural modifications or operations such as welding are prohibited. It is engineered to support large uniformly distributed loads from 300 kg/m² up to 1500 kg/m². Column spacing can range from a few metres to spans of 10 m or more, depending on layout and load requirements.

Mezzanine on shelves
This solution creates a clear mezzanine area with a racking or shelving structure underneath destined for manual light-duty storage. Common shelving models used under open mezzanines include:

• pallet racking
• medium-duty shelving / picking racks

Safety pallet gates
Protection devices designed to secure loading/unloading points on mezzanines, ensuring a handrail or barrier is present when pallets or goods are placed or collected. Typically manually operated, adaptable to different pallet sizes and finished in safety yellow epoxy.
