Thermoplastic recycling unit HNT-VS series

Polystar presents HNT-VS series of cutter compactor recycling machine. It is used to recycle plastic pellets, granules, and resins. These products are fed into the equipment through a conveyor belt and reel feeder or the nip roll feeder. The recycling machine uses single screw, two stage extrusion. Further design features include screw diameter that is custom-made ranging from 65 mm to 165 mm. Screw is customized to L/D ratio of 30/1, 34/1 or 36/1. Second extruder screw is custom-made to an L/D ratio of 10/1 or 12/1. The material used for the screw is SACM-645 or bimetallic. The HNT-VS model is equipped with double vented degassing, single vent, or no vent. This can also be tailor-made. It allows hot die face (water ring) pelletizing. Water is used for cooling. The voltage can be also customized as per requirement.
