The RP series is an air cooled plastic recycling machine. Machine is designed for reprocessing the post-industrial waste of HDPE, LDPE, and LLDPE material. Defected film rolls, bags, and the bag cut-offs can be fed directly into the machine. The feeding is done by the force feeder and the nip roller. Material will go through extrusion, filtration, and die-face cutting procedure all in one step, and the end product (plastic pellets) can be used again immediately in other production line. Available models from 50~80 Kg/Hr.
