VibroFlex is a modular vibration sensing system for non-contact vibration measurement covering applications from microscopic structures to large and distant objects. The family combines multiple dedicated laser sensor heads with the Connect+ front-end and VibSoft software to provide flexible, high-performance vibration measurements for R&D, production testing and quality assurance.
Key features- Modular concept: interchangeable sensor heads to match application needs (microscopic to long-range).
- Configurable bandwidth from DC up to 32 MHz.
- Extremely high sensitivity: sub-picometer displacement resolution.
- Velocity capability up to ±30 m/s.
- Supports fiber-optic sensor heads for access to confined or hard-to-reach locations.
- Differential optics for direct relative-motion measurements between two points.
- Integrated camera for precise laser positioning and test documentation.
- Designed to measure reliably on challenging surfaces (dark, oily, shiny, hot) without surface preparation.
Connect+ front-end (core unit)Phase-synchronous reference acquisition, encoder/tacho inputs for order analysis and run-ups, integrated signal generator for transfer function measurements, and PTP-synchronized multi-vibrometer setups. Ethernet and WiFi connectivity for measurement data transfer and control (VibroLink).
