The DMS mobile solid dosing unit is a compact, mobile solution for precise dosing of solid or granulated single-ingredient products to be added to a final recipe. It is intended for processes requiring small-quantity, repeatable additions with traceability and easy cleaning (food-industry compatible design).

Operation
The system integrates a 50 L hopper, screw conveyor and precision weighing scales with an HMI supervision and control unit to automate recipe cycles and adjust dosing parameters per use. All wetted and structural parts are AISI 304 stainless steel; electronic components are sourced from industrial-grade suppliers. The unit is CE machine-safety compliant and can be configured for ATEX where required.
