OverviewThe DML is a mobile, compact precision unit designed for dosing sourdough and other liquids into final recipes. The standard configuration includes a 50 L hopper and an extraction pump that doses onto a high-precision scale. The assembly is mounted on a compact chassis with wheels for easy handling and storage within production facilities.
OperationThe DML automates dosing of liquids of varying viscosities. The extraction pump feeds the dosing line while the weighing system controls mass delivered, enabling repeatable cycles. Parameters can be adjusted per recipe to accommodate different densities and target weights.
Advantages- High dosing precision: repeatable dosing with accuracy ≤ 2 g.
- Recipe automation: programmable control panel for repeating cycles and adjusting dosing parameters per recipe.
- Improved process control: automated dosing reduces manual variability and supports consistent product quality.
- Operational safety: safety valve returns product to the hopper in case of conduit obstruction.
