Batch controller I410 MDU

Overview
The I410 MDU application enables formula- or recipe-based preparation of finished or semi-finished products from multiple components. It automates weight-based dosing for each batch, handles inventory management and ensures complete production traceability. The solution is adapted for integration into industrial production lines requiring precise multi-component dosing.

Features

• Actuator control via internal, remote or virtual physical inputs/outputs (bit read/write to a table shared on the fieldbus).
• Full dosing process control through I/O, MODBUS protocol or fieldbuses: ProfibusDP, Profinet, DeviceNet, Ethernet TCP/MODBUS, Ethernet/IP.
• Independent operating parameters per weighing lane, stored in separate configuration files with four password-protected access levels (Installer, Supervisor, Operator, User).
• Parameter backup/restore and results export via USB drive.
