Description

Overview
The Precifluid® volumetric dispenser is a compact electromechanical solution for precise fluid deposition across a wide range of viscosities. Driven by a stepper motor that advances a defined piston stroke via a magnetic coupling, the patented system achieves repeatable volumes down to 0.06 µL and a push force capacity exceeding 500,000 cps. Designed and manufactured in France, the dispenser maintains high accuracy regardless of viscosity or temperature variations and is available in multiple sizes and torque options.

Operating modes
  • Manual mode: Cycle activated by foot pedal or closed contact; dispenser dispenses at the preset speed. A programmable retraction (suck-back) can be applied at cycle stop.
  • Automatic mode: Each input pulse (foot pedal, finger switch or automated signal) triggers a deposit according to parameters stored in the active program.
  • Sequence mode: Sequences consist of a series of programs—identical or different—separated by programmable time intervals.

All Precifluid® consumables are supplied and compatible with the dispenser.
