Description

Many hours of continuous operation owing to oversized film roll capacity. The tubular system reduces bag cost and labor, offering an economical and waste reduction solution to pre-made bag system. System designed to bag all types of dry free-flowing materials. The TFS-1700 Series Automatic Tubular form fill and seal bagging machines are fully automatic baggers that form, fill and seal side-gusseted as well as pillow-type bags, with a minimum of welded surfaces for optimal strength. The bags are made from a tubular film, instead of being pre-made, which reduces costs. This Tubular form fill and seal bagging machine will accurately package dry products (granular, flaked or powdered) such as chemicals, minerals and food. The American version reaches 22 BPM and the European Version (FFS-HSS) can package up to 33 BPM. • Completely integrated scale control • Many hours of continuous operation thanks to oversized film roll capacity • Stainless steel contact parts • Automatic height adjustment on outfeed conveyor
