Description

• Automatic cutting line for PVC and aluminum profiles with 90° and miter cuts • Machine control unit through PC and 21“ monitor • Maximum raw profile length to be processed with standard version of machine is 1000-7000 mm (longer lengths possible on demand) • Shortest cut-off length (at 90°) is 90 mm, shorter pieces possible upon request • Shortest inside dimension for cut-off parts when cut with a miter is 160 mm (45°) and 390 mm (22.5°) • Longest cut-off part (outside dimensione) is 4000 mm (longer upon request) • Sawing angle freely adjustable through the control unit from 22,5° to 157,5° • Maximum workable profile dimension: Maximal 350 mm height, maximal 200 mm width, as shown in the cutting diagram • Horizontal loading magazine with 6 tooth belt drives 210mm chamber width, maximum loading capacity: 75 kg per raw profile bar • The feeding of the raw material bars into the saw is done through a material pusher with a driving speed of 180 m/min and a positioning precision of +/- 0,15 mm per meter • The gripper of the material pusher can adjust in Y and X axis automatically based on the profile geometry • Pneumatic lifting rolls lift the profile slightly while it is pushed into the saw, so that it does not scrape over te saw table surface • Cutting station with Ø 600mm saw blade und 5.5KW saw motor (optional upgrade to 9.2 KW possible)
