Overview
PRESTO horizontal balers are designed to compact recyclable materials into stable, high-density bales. The material is compacted by a horizontally mounted compaction plate driven by an electro-hydraulic motor, ensuring continuous feeding and allowing integration into production lines. PRESTO balers type CC are intended for producing stable, high-density bales from paper, cardboard and plastics where available floor space is limited. Operation can be semi-automatic or fully automatic. The machine's compact overall design and small footprint require minimal floor space. A range of loading options (bin lifters, through-the-wall chutes, pneumatic conveying systems, belt conveyors or other feeder systems) can be employed depending on site requirements. A manual or fully automated adjustable baling channel and a centrally programmable control unit enable efficient compaction to reduce recyclable material volume.
