The Bioextruder® is a patented machine with a proven track record of over twenty-five years. The extrusion process exerts pressure and friction on the material resulting in a temperature increase up to 125°C causing the steam explosion and the defibration of wood: this changes the physical structure of wood and eliminates bacteria. The machine is robust, reliable and can process all kinds of woody feedstocks.
