liquid silicone molded parts (LSR) We offer the manufacture of parts made from liquid silicone (LSR – Liquid Silicone Rubber) in medical or industrial grade. LSR silicone is an elastomer with excellent mechanical and physico-chemical properties (DRC, elongation at break, resilience, resistance to temperature –40 to +250°C, to UV, to hydrocarbons, biocompatible). This technology is particularly suitable for large series or for delicate geometries requiring the best reproducibility thanks to its many advantages: Pieces without burrs or rework necessary Very fast cycle times giving excellent productivity Offers the possibility of very low weight of parts (0.05 gr) and very low wall thickness (0.01 mm) Injection directly into the part by cold block and nozzles (no waste) Very good dimensional reproducibility and production quality Easy demold automation, faster and less reject, with multi-cavity molds (commonly 32-64 emp) Our clean room facilities allow us to produce these parts under ISO7 to guarantee their suitability for medical and pharmaceutical uses.
