PROSILICONES 64

Prosilicones64 was born in 2015 as a joint venture between Progress Silicones, a company specializing in the production of silicone parts and other elastomers for the industrial sector since 1985, and Establecimientos OR64, a Spanish company dedicated to the commercial representation of foreign industrial suppliers in Spain.

After several years of collaboration and good understanding, Prosilicones64 was created in order to consolidate our mutual efforts and improve the services offered in Spain. Today we have set up a local tailoring activity with more than 5 workstations and tailor-made cutting capacities (CNC machine), allowing more responsiveness as well as better optimized costs, while at the same time providing support in the manufacturing at Progress Silicones.

At Prosilicones64 our priority is to give the best service while providing the best quality to develop strong and trusting collaborations with our customers.

Prosilicones64 is also closely linked to the company Ohmvo Flexible Heat, which manufactures heating fabrics and silicone elements, and provides support for the manufacture and distribution of these products.

From prototype to large volume, we produce all types of molded, overmoulded, extruded and co-extruded silicone parts, as well as more elaborate products such as flat seals, simple or angled closed seals and inflatable seals. Thanks to our qualified teams and integrated equipment (laboratory, technical office, machine shop), we will guide you and manufacture quickly according to your needs, both for the industrial and medical sectors.
