ProSilicones64 — European Manufacturer of Technical Silicone & Rubber Components

ProSilicones64 brings together the production capabilities of Progress Silicones (France, est. 1985) and Establecimientos OR64 (Spain) into a single industrial structure with manufacturing facilities in both countries. We engineer and manufacture technical silicone and elastomer components for regulated industries: medical, pharmaceutical, food processing, railway, aerospace, chemical and energy.

Our setup combines the certified Progress Silicones plant in France —ISO 8 cleanroom, formulation lab, CAD design office and over 5,000 moulds and tooling sets— with our own workshop in Catalonia, equipped with precision CNC cutting, gasket assembly in ring and frame configurations, and vulcanisation.

Products: Flat gaskets, closed-loop gaskets (ring and angle), inflatable seals, custom extruded profiles, solid and sponge cords, technical tubing, silicone sheets, moulded and overmoulded parts, LSR components for medical and food-grade environments.

From prototypes (minimum 10 pieces) to industrial runs exceeding 100,000 parts per month, with full documented traceability, in-house testing (hardness, tensile strength, compression set, ageing) and ongoing technical support.

Technical precision Every component is developed from a real analysis of the application, not from a standard catalogue. Specific formulation, tailored CAD design and documented functional validation before any series production.

Full traceability Manufacturing under ISO 9001 and ISO 13485, with documented control at every stage: from compound formulation to final testing. Every batch is traceable, every result is recorded.

Responsiveness Our own workshop in Catalonia with CNC cutting and local fabrication, backed by the certified plant in France with over 5,000 moulds readily available. Prototypes in days, production runs in weeks.

Continuity Same technical contact from the first prototype through to recurring reorders. We don't rotate teams between projects: whoever develops your part is whoever manages your production.
