HEADED STEEL INSERT This M6 headed steel insert is used on Oil Filter Unit and replaces a high cost brass machined part. The demanding nature of the application requires high performance inserts. The insert has a special knurl pattern that was developed with the customer, allowing it to be rolled after cold-forming and meet a high torque and pull-out requirement. Special ZnNi plating developed by PSM.
