Description

The Smart Charger is a high-voltage generator designed to feed high-voltage electrodes. High-voltage allows the material used to adhere temporarily. With its small dimensions and low weight, the generator can be used close to high voltage electrodes. These features of the product enable the product to be used as an end-of-arm tool in robot arms. High voltage electrodes connected to the generator with the removable electrode head can be easily replaced. The product is supply and controlled by the M12 connector. High voltage control can be done directly with the M12 connector or by using an external control kit. The control kit is a separate part of the product. After connecting the generator with the control kit, the generator can be controlled remotely. The generator is supplied with 24 V DC and produces an output voltage between 0-18 kV DC. The output voltage is adjusted by a 4-20 mA control signal. Current protection protects the product against the excessive current drawing from high voltage output. When the current drawn exceeds the current limit, the output voltage will drop automatically to protect the product. Arc protection will protect the product, against arcing that may occur at high voltage output. APPLICATION In-mould labelling End-of-arm static applications Static Adhesion ADVANTAGES Easy-to-replace electrode head Two-sided, bicolor indicators Flexible püro cable for machines with moving parts Remote voltage adjustment via 4-20 mA Low weight, small dimensions Remote high voltage on-off
