Description

Bearing test bench Application Life cycle tests on rolling bearings, for roller bearing industry, research institutes, roller bearing development, quality assurance, tests in accordance with DIN51819, for customer-specific special applications Features - life cycle testing of roller bearings - fatigue testing of rolling bearings - variable loads for torque, speed, force, lubrication - variable bearing dimensions - adjustable test temperature - combined load with axial and radial forces - dust dry testing - wet bath testing - mud bath testing, - monitoring of vibrations, structure-borne noise, drive power, force, temperature The rolling bearing test systems are used to test specific properties of rolling bearings, such as the life cycle (fatigue) under specified load profiles. The functionality of seals in sealed bearings can be tested under adverse operating conditions. The test rigs can map standardized test processes in accordance with DIN 51819, but are also developed and built for specific customer applications. The test conditions of individual test rigs can be adapted to the needs of an application and are adjustable in terms of torque, speed, force, lubrication, bearing dimensions and test temperature. Special applications are combined loads from axial and radial forces as well as contamination in dust dry testing, wet bath testing or sludge bath testing. Sensors monitor vibrations, structure-borne noise, drive power, force and temperature over the running time. When the end of service life is reached the test bench switches off automatically. The data analysis provides the curves of the recorded sensor signals and the monitored control variables.
