The Radonix Cutter CNC Controller is specifically crafted for two-axis cutting machines—or those using AC/DC motors for manual Z-axis adjustments—commonly employed in cutting metal, wood, plastic, and other materials. By enabling direct file execution without G-code conversion, it streamlines the entire workflow. Operators can choose individual parts from larger designs, define cutting sequences and directions, and utilize software-based correction for workpiece misalignment (particularly useful for heavy sheets). Additional key features include Scale, Rotate, and Flip design editing, customizable pauses before/during/after cutting, reverse design execution, and the option to demo cuts without activating the output. The interface even supports 2D designs on cylindrical surfaces, such as pipes. All inputs, outputs, and functions are tagged with the “C-” prefix, making configuration simpler and more intuitive. For optimal performance, pair this solution with a Radonix PC-Smart 3AS, Radonix PC-Smart 4A, or Radonix PC-Pro LAN 4A controller. Each model delivers robust LAN-based communication, high-speed pulse outputs, and reliable I/O management—ensuring smooth and accurate cutting operations in a variety of industrial applications.
