Overview

The 230.000 manual monorail conveyor is a modular overhead transport system designed for internal production, assembly and handling operations. The system is based on standard profiles and modular components (bends, switches, trolleys) to create compact, space‑efficient layouts and to allow phased expansion according to production needs.

Operation and Automation

Load movement is manual by default. Automated sections can be integrated depending on process requirements using:

• chain conveyors
• pneumatic pusher systems
• transfer and rotation units

Notes

The 230.000 series accepts different trolley types and product carrier configurations; these choices influence the maximum permissible load and system behavior. Accessories such as drop sections for ergonomic loading and automatic loading/unloading zones are available.
