PadPak® Auto-Coiler configures Ranpak’s patented paper pads into a compact coil form to deliver a paper-based cushioning solution for dense, fragile and high‑value products. The system mounts to a packaging converter and offers two touchscreen control panels positioned for accessible operation from either side of the pack station. Operators can select from 5 operation modes and save pad/coil sequences to match product protection and throughput requirements. Options in basis weight and coil density enable tuning of protection level versus material yield to reduce waste and increase operational efficiency.
