Our most cost effective production method, both for prototyping and for short series production runs. Comes with a subtle and traditional “3d-printed” look
Technology Overview
By melting and extruding a plastic filament, parts are build layer by layer. Thanks to our high-grade printers we have managed to get rid of most layer markings that are typical for FDM-printed parts, however, the parts will still have the typical 3d-printed look.
Thanks to the hundreds of different filaments available on the market, FDM is easily our most versatile manufacturing method.
With our FDM machinery we are able to produce parts up to 400x400x400 mm with automatic quoting. With a manual quote (due to the drastic increase in print time with increasing part size) we can produce parts with measurements of up to 600x600x1800 mm.
For larger parts we are also able to split your model into several pieces to be assembled after production.
All FDM materials can be had with a lead time of 5-7 days or 2-3 days.
