The RWP-022SS is a 5-axis machine tool vise developed by Raptor. It is mainly sued for milling. The unit is built with 17-4 stainless steel or heat treated construction. It is supplied with rigid clamping suitable for single operation to meet most features. The system is further recommended for only 1/8" of material to hold the work piece for effective performance. It is also engineered featuring easy operation, strong design and efficient performance. In addition, the 0.50" dovetail holder can be connected with RWP-001 or RWP-001SS, RWP-013 or RWP-013SS, and RWP-004. The standard unit is also available with custom materials upon request.
