The RWP-023 is a 0.750" dovetail holder that works well for milling and turning jobs. It is made for tombstones that have a 2" X 2" hole pattern or 4.0 bolt circles. It has superb clamping strength and allows complete access to the work piece's five sides. It is made from 7075-T6511 aluminum and it is possible to specially order custom materials. Raptor dovetail fixtures hold parts on four and five-axis CNC machines. The clamping is rigid and exposes five faces of the work piece. Most processes can be carried out in a single operation. The spring-loaded clamps nneed only 1/8" of material to hold the work piece. So, less waste, easier preparation and no distortion.
