Description

• Worktop with melamine resin coating, thickness 22 mm.
• Both top and underside with light-grey melamine direct coating according to DIN 68765. Splash-water resistant and stain resistant.
• Surface properties per EN14322/EN14323: abrasion resistance class 3A, scratch resistance N>1.5, stain resistance ≥ level 3 (e.g. acetone, alcohol, organic solvents, petrol), crack resistance ≥ level 3, cigarette ember resistance class 3, water vapor resistance class 4.
• Certificate of harmlessness for migration behaviour; suitable for food-contact applications.
• Surface normally flammable (B2) according to DIN 4102. Core: chipboard per EN309/EN312 (emission class E1). All-round light-grey antistatic ABS edge.
• System base B700 x D500 x H630–980 mm.
• 4-leg frame with two pairs of profile steel tube legs (45x45x3 mm) including central depth reinforcements. Legs fitted with 4 swivel castors, 2 with locking brakes (wheel Ø 100 mm, overall height 125 mm, tread thermoplastic rubber grey non-marking, 85° Shore; wheel body polypropylene).
• Upper leg section with integrated height adjustment via aluminium profile (40x40 mm) allowing stepless adjustment of working height through profile groove.
• Crossbars of profile steel tube (35x35x2 mm) under the worktop (front, rear) and depth braces of angle iron (40x35x2 mm) with mounting adapters (left, right).
• Colour: RAL 7035 light grey.
