ELETTROSPRAY PNEUMODYN adds the well known electrostatic efficiency to the ease of use of a conventional airspray gun. The paint is fed at low pressure to the PNEUMODYN gun nozzle, where it is finely atomized by a compressed air stream, electrically charged and sprayed with a round or flat pattern. Under the combined electrostatic field and compressed air forces, the tiny paint droplets are deposited on the target with a remarkable wrap-around effect and a very reduced overspray.Three main savings are achieved when spraying a great variety of metal and wooden parts with the PNEUMODYN gun: - Paint savings: fifty percent of paint is saved compared to conventional airspraying, due to the reduced overspray. - Manpower savings: working times cut to the half, thanks to the wrap-around effect and the high yield. - Energy savings: energy balance shows that a PNEUMODYN equipment requires half the power of a conventional gun at the same paint output.
