Overview
The TT-25 tension controller is a compact industrial controller designed for precise web tension control in converting, printing, packaging and other continuous web processes. It maintains stable tension under varying process conditions to improve product consistency and reduce material waste and downtime.

Control and interface
The controller uses an advanced PID algorithm tuned for fast response and high accuracy at low torque and high speeds. A 4" full‑color touchscreen provides intuitive setup, real‑time diagnostics and multilingual menus to simplify operator tasks and reduce commissioning time.

Available versions

• TT-25 L — for unwinders and rewinders using load cells or dancer rollers; optional roll diameter compensation.
• TT-25 XL — for modular pneumatic brakes and automatic splicing systems; dynamic brake torque management during reel changes.
• TT-25 FPM — direct PWM output for electromagnetic powder brakes, removing the need for external power modules.
• TT-25 MTR — for motor-driven unwinders, rewinders and nip driver rollers; integrates line-speed reference, load cell feedback and roll diameter measurement.

Integration & I/O
Multiple analogue and configurable inputs, opto‑isolated digital inputs and configurable analogue outputs allow direct connection to load cells, dancer rollers, brakes, motors and external sensors. Certain versions include PWM outputs for electromagnetic brakes and optional FieldBus modules for PROFINET or EtherCAT integration.
