Accurate and consistent dough laminations
The Thomas L. Green Servo Laminator utilizes precision servo motor control to accurately cut, stack and deliver sheeted dough to the downstream reduction and forming equipment. Dough sheets are conveyed to the discharge conveyor by the servo driven layering carriage. This carriage deposits the sheets by extending them to the far edge of the laminator take-away conveyor. The carriage retracts while conveying, laying the sheets gently on top of the moving lamination stack.
Our cutting-edge equipment optimizes output and efficiency to improve your products and your process.
• Precise, automatic, and synchronized control of dough sheet length, conveyor speed, and number of laminations
• The rotary knife cut depth is adjustable as the knife passes through the dough sheet, providing a clean separation of individual sheets.
• A dough sheeter may be installed to the side or directly above the Laminator for a compact and efficient production layout
• Multiple configuration options available depending on product type and available plant space
