REMU screen buckets have a long history that starts already in the 80s. Current bucket models have gone through numerous development stages. The basis of customer-oriented development work is the continuous improvement of products, which helps us to respond to real material handling problems.
Light and durable buckets, from which all extra kilos have been removed, so that the machine's lifting capacity is available for handling the material. buckets are suitable for excavators, wheel loaders, tractors and reachers.
Operating principle of the disc sieve
Our screening buckets have two to four rotors, which are rotated by hydraulic motors. The rotation of the rotors and the precisely designed shape of the blades cause the material inside the bucket to move, which separates the fine material from the coarse material that remains in the bucket. Thanks to the movement caused by the bucket, even moist soil, which is difficult to separate with vibrating screens, can be screened with REMU's disk screen.
Blade models can be divided into two groups; to screeners that truly separate materials without breaking stones among the screened material and to aggressive blades designed to crush materials such as glass, bricks and sticks, etc. lumps.
