Description

Blade models can be divided into two groups; to screeners that truly separate materials without breaking stones among the screened material and to aggressive blades designed to crush materials such as glass, bricks and sticks, etc. lumps. Counter blades The comb counter blades are designed purely for screening and material separation, while the aggressive counter blade is used with harder materials and for grinding particles. Cleaning combs Disc sieve technology is the best option for screening moist materials. The rotating blades make the material move up and down, while the cleaning combs keep the blade gaps clean. Our screening buckets have two to four rotors, which are rotated by hydraulic motors. The rotation of the rotors and the precisely designed shape of the blades cause the material inside the bucket to move, which separates the fine material from the coarse material that remains in the bucket. Thanks to the movement caused by the bucket, even moist soil, which is difficult to separate with vibrating screens, can be screened with REMU's disk screen.
