Astraplate + is a decorative coated steel sheet combining a polymer film and steel to provide a stainless‑steel appearance while improving formability and flexibility.

Improves corrosion resistance of the metallic substrate.
Decorative stainless‑steel appearance.
Easy cleaning and very good resistance to scratching and cleaning products.
High resistance to UV ageing; inert material.
Food safe.
High flexibility with excellent bending, drawing and cupping capacity.

Total coating thickness: 17–20 µ (EN 13523-1 / ASTM D1005).
Specular gloss (Gardner 60º): >100% (EN 13523-2 / ASTM D523) — depends on film type.
Pencil hardness: >4H (EN 13523-4 / ASTM D3363).
Resistance to rapid deformation (impact): 18 J, without detachment (EN 13523-5 / ASTM D2794).
Erichsen cupping adherence: 8 mm without detachment (EN 13523-6 / ASTM E643).
T‑bending: 0T without cracking or separation (EN 13523-7 / ASTM D522).
Salt spray resistance: >800 hours, max 5 mm detachment (EN 13523-8 / ASTM B117).
Accelerated Xenotest ageing: >1000 hours, ΔE < 1 (EN 13523-10 / ASTM D6695).
MEC friction test: DF >150 without change (EN 13523-11 / ASTM D5402).
Stain resistance: stain‑free after 24 hours for common stains (EN 13523-18 / ASTM D1308).
