Retsch GRINDOMIX GM 300 knife mill has been designed for foodstuff homogenization and grinding. It can process up to 4.5 liters of sample volumes with high speed and repeatability. It is suitable for homogenization of substances with a high content of water, oil or fat. And for grinding, it can handle dry, soft and medium-hard products. The knife has 4 strong, sharp blades and an efficient motor with temporary peaks of 3 kW . The GRINDOMIX GM 300 meets and exceeds all laboratory and analytical requirements. It is greatly superior to any household mixer. The GM 300 accepts feed sizes up to 130 mm and produces grind sizes down to 300 µm.
