Forming a wide variety of product masses is easy with the manual burger former. The optional mould inserts have diameters from 20 to 80 mm, but oval outlet openings are also possible. Of course, special shapes can also be realised. The MBF 80 burger former, which is directly connected to the outlet of the vacuum filler, cuts the portion with optimum shape stability. The raw mass can be cut into uniform, perfectly shaped slices or special shapes with minimal effort. A wire cutter is also available as an option. Due to the particularly smooth surface of the material, very few food residues adhere to the MBF 80 burger former, enabling maximum hygienic base.
