The Rheo Packout Station is designed to facilitate the efficient filling of drums to an accurate weight. After the target weight is achieved, the system automatically stops the material transfer and notifies the operator. The Rheo Packout Station offers a high containment, continuous liner solution for safely packing off powder into drums. Safety: High containment is achieved while maintaining weigh accuracy with the Rheo Flexibles Continuous Liner. Operator involvement and risk for injury is also minimized due to the automated dosing sequence. Efficiency: The entirely automated dosing sequence maximizes throughput while an inline sampler keeps the system running at max capacity. Reliability: Rheo offers redundant feedback loops and full testing validation services to ensure reliable performance and dosing accuracy. Step 1: Transfer the powder into the receiving drum. Step 2: Use RheoCrimp tools to crimp and cut the Continuous Liner. Step 3: Create v-neck and close off with a zip tie. Draw the Continuous Liner into a new receiving drum. Step 4: Transfer powder into the new receiving drum. EasyClamp Rheo’s optional EasyClamp provides a hands free and fast release of the Continuous Liner as the next portion of liner needs to be pulled down. This option improves operator efficiency and reduces the risk of incorrect placement of a manual clamp system. Automated Dosing Option For systems that include the integrated weighing module, Rheo offers an automated dosing control system that uses the gain in weight feedback signal from the weighing system to control the on-board dosing device.
