System descriptions
101 Basic Filler

• Operator places an empty container on the scale; system fills to a preset gross weight; container removed and cycle repeats.

102 Automatic Fill, Automatic Discharge

• Place empty container under the scale; system fills to preset weight and automatically discharges product into the container; continuous operation for subsequent containers.

103 Loss‑In‑Weight Filler

• Dispense preset net weights from a weighed supply until low level or a defined gross weight threshold is reached, then refill the supply container to high level.

104 Loss‑In‑Weight Filler (container refill/resume)

• Supply containers on the scale are dispensed until empty; if a container empties mid‑cycle, the cycle pauses and resumes when the container is replaced so dispensing continues from the correct point.

201 Four‑Ingredient Dual Speed or Eight‑Ingredient Single Speed Batcher

• Place empty container on scale; system fills multiple ingredients in sequence to preset formula weights; remove container and repeat for next batch.

202 Four‑Ingredient Dual Speed or Eight‑Ingredient Single Speed With Discharge

• Fill a tank or hopper with multiple ingredients in sequence and then discharge the combined batch into a vessel below.

Standard switches and outputs (summary)

• Standard switches fitted to all models: E‑Stop, Reset/Resume, Start.
• Discharge switch/output: available on models 102 and 202.
• Standard outputs across models: fast fill and slow fill available on all models; fill complete, zero tolerance, refill and other signals are model‑dependent (see system descriptions for applicability).
