Overview

• The 920i® FlexWeigh Systems bulkweigher is a wall-mount stainless steel control enclosure for bulkweighing applications.
• Includes application programs 107 (Shipping), 108 (Receiving), 109 (Ship/Receive), 111 (Flip Flop Filler) and 112 (Flip Flop Filler w/ Discharge).
• Front panel controls: E-Stop, Start/Resume, End Cycle; Ship/Recv switch on 109. Softkeys for presets, ID1 and ID2.
• Supports accumulating weight streaming, fill/discharge sequence control and gate monitoring.
• Monitoring features include printer online checking, weigh and surge hopper overfill monitoring and transmitted audit trail.
• I/O: Digital I/O board plus relay rack and SSR relay outputs.

Mode-specific Descriptions

• 107 Shipping Bulkweigher: Designed for basic shipping mode; scale is loaded and discharged repeatedly until accumulated weight meets the target.
• 108 Receiving Bulkweigher: Designed for basic receiving mode; scale is loaded and discharged until no more product is received. Operator ends cycle with End Cycle button.
• 109 Ship/Receive Bulkweigher: Allows selection between ship and receive modes via a three-position locking key switch.
• 111 Flip Flop Filler: Fills two scales sequentially to target weight; while one fills, the other can be prepared.
• 112 Flip Flop Filler with Discharge: Similar to 111, with independent or manual discharge of the second scale.
