Panel-mounted batch controller BC-3 series

The BC-3 batch controller is a device that allows precise dosing of fluids in industrial processes. It can handle up to 3 batch systems and supports one or two-step dosing. The device has 5 measuring inputs and offers the possibility of controlling the valves via 4-20 mA relay or analog outputs. BC-3 has totalizers to track fluid volumes dispensed. Indicates alarm situations, such as exceeding the set point or lack of flow after opening the valve. The user interface consists of a color TFT LCD display and a membrane keyboard. The device offers several connectivity options, including USB, Ethernet (Modbus TCP) and RS-485 (Modbus RTU) ports. The BC-3 batch controller is used in various industries, such as energy, metallurgy, food, chemical and paper manufacturing.
