The Ecoline generator is our lightest and easiest to operate generator. It is used to operate ultrasonic hand units. Thanks to the plug-and-play functionality, the generator is ready for operation immediately. In test mode, the right amplitude level can be found initially; the setting is then saved and the unit switches to operation mode. Status and power LEDs indicate the status of the hand unit and the amount of power being used at the time during operation. Developed specifically for use with ultrasonic hand units, our generator allows you to perform a wide variety of tasks precisely and efficiently, including: Ultrasonic welding Ultrasonic cutting Ultrasonic riveting Ultrasonic bending Ultrasonic embedding Ultrasonic countersinking of metal inserts Adjustable amplitude The oscillation width is set using the amplitude button. You can change the value for the amplitude in 10% increments between 40% and 100% to achieve the best possible welding or cutting result. An LED bar indicates the current power in real time during the welding process.
